1. Booking and Cancellations
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
3. Health Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs which may affect your services.
